A pilot program for a new banking experience to enable clients to empower their own financial management. Starting with the Asia-Pacific region, "Smart Banks" were deployed on a scalable level – from transit station modules for people on the move to flagship spaces for deep customer support. A wall of tiled displays provided the latest news, stocks and product marketing. Interactive product displays gave customers the ability to browse and sign-up for the latest offerings from their region based on financial categories. Work stations gave customers a private in-depth view of their accounts. Dual-screen ATM's provided multi-tasking functions, such as having a private video call with staff while making a deposit.
